1. We don't officially support warez here.

2. The only released 64 bit version of windows, is for Intel Itanium systems.. and is NOT compatable with AMD 64 bit systems AT ALL. And it didn't come out some years ago. It was 2003.

3. Try using some periods. Posts are impossible to read without periods. (No offence, I just had a hard time getting the gist of your post how it was written without them).

I'm not trying to be a dick. You implied that it is easy to steal microsoft software on the internet. That is illegal and is not allowed to be spoken of on this forum.

I wasn't "grading you", I was merely making a suggestion. Note the "no offense".

And I don't suggest you make threats they aren't very nice, and don't reflect well upon yourself.

Anyways, back on topic. I think it takes alot more to get software to sound good, but I believe that is just part of it. If you use software, and you make great sounds with it, I have alot of respect for that.
I think people need to give software a bit more credit.

Yeah fellow trancers.. chillax :eyespop:

On a note about z3ta+, it's still the best VST but I think I will still get a virus.. starting to it's limitations as a softsynth. Definitely worth the $150 though :)

No, I think z3ta is what you wanna do with it. It's not a ready-to-use paradigm synth. Even using the presets you should customize your sounds to get what you are looking for. With (hi-q) softsynths there's no limitations such as z3ta, you can use you own waveforms, you can use your own lfo waveforms, you can define your own sequences and arpeggios, 6 oscillators that can modulate each other: ring, sync, pm, fm, pwm, a 'multi' modulation mode that provides 6 detuned oscillator, waveshaping, 2 bus internal routing, up to 64 notes poliphony, you have up to 16 modulation slots being able to control more than 700 parameters and an X-Y pad, up to 6 envelopes with 7 points per envelope and three kinds of slope per point, dedicated envelopes for pitch and amplitud, two stereo multimode filters with 10 kind of filters (up to 36 dB/oct on LPF), and built in fx such as distorsion (5 modes), modulation (Flanger, Chorus, Phaser: 9 modes), compressor (3 modes), delay (4 modes), reverb (4 modes), and 7-band graphic EQ and classic stuff simulator (30 modes).

Even more, you can select the quality that synth gives you: from draft to let the cpu breath till hi and an astonishing x2 oversampling issue than can throw aliasing to the lowest level.

And don't forget the softsynth implicit advantages: sample accurate editing, 0 ms latency, wide range of sampling rates and bit depths, full automation, singal to noise ratio only limited by sampling and bit depth (ideally 192 dB), multiple instances,

Z3ta, as other hi-q softsynths, gives you the tools to do, virtually, everything you want. Now, you may ask yourself what are you lookin for...

Well... I downloaded the demo and I admit it is impressive, but I havent got used to it yet and so will not decide to buy it atm:)

I always find funny that you guys are complaining it eats cpu power

you know what ? I dont see what the big deal is DJ ? I mean im sure we all would love to have a soft synth-that sounded like hardware and yes of course did not use any cpu like 10% and never crashed that would be the best for sure. No one has made one yet.

with computers getting faster thats not the problem the problem is they make these vsts do too much to sound like hardware so they infact use too much cpu!

an with musicians just starting out no one has 10,000 grand

to buy this gear(synths start around 3 4 thousand and thats just the synth not to mention everything else youll need) or spend hundreds in a studio when you could get the soft synth version of every hardware you wanted and do wonders!

haha no hate man just going off on ya man no worries yeah but doing grammer check when your typing a post that your rambling on about a peice of very good software/hardware might forget to use grammer and such but yeah ..... naa no threats just talking was irratated at the annoying post you made afterwords where you didnt comment on anyhting i said about the vsti... and nope i didnt imply stealling jsut said its easy to find online had i said its easy to find on dc or slsk thatd beeen condoning warez... anyhow yeah its a good softsynth and in all honesty theres some softsynths that work better on amds then intels and vice versa so its all varible on how its going to run. just recently im having issues witha softsynth called scorpion to where its eating up 30% of cpu when before it ate up only bearly 7%. could be anything anyhow time to roast your family deuce
