effectors and samplers

| All the superclubs have em for sure, but what about just a regular club? Are they worthwhile? Should I buy a sampler, and effector? or just put samples on a CD, hook it up to my mixer? |

id say play it by ear. hang with ur tables for a while. spend all ur loot on records. when you can mix with your eyes closed, then worry bout effects and a sampler.
i had an effector when i first started and didn't even know how to mix. what a waste of money. i sold it and bought records. i have a friend who djs and he never really learned to mix. he just uses that stupid effector. he loops a song and drops in another beat. sounds like absolutely . i'd say work on mixing then get a sampler and master that. effects arent that hard nor do they sound that amazing. |
