You know, whenever I see a large stock of all those rare/expensive/stinky cheeses (like in a supermarket), I get the overwhelming urge to punch the little blighters. I dunno what it is, but there's something about them that just needs a good smack.

well, i like Stilton Blue and i wanted to try something relatively new, so i thought "it's not quite Stilton, but hey, it's blue too. so if i want to try something new, why not eat some Danish?"

| mmm i love cheese so much. not a big fan of strong blue cheeses, but still ok. i love soft cheeses they are the best. my favourite is l'explorateur (spelling?). brie and camembert are good as well. |

| I'd love to have some camembert but the stuff they sell in the usa is crap ... it's not the same as in France + it's freaking expensive ( I'm not paying loads of money for a block of fermented milk and mold :P ) |
