Courtesy of Google, I found a website on jobs for teens 15 and younger. Among them:
Teaching people how to use computers/the net.
Lawn care & maintanence.
Cleaning peoples houses or doing general chores for people who are too busy/lazy to do it themselves.
Cleaning peoples cars(inside, and wash/wax).
Pet sitter.
Freelancing.

EDIT: There isn't much being said in here that I can do. And I don't own a lawnmower(that currently works). I'll try doing freelance services and helping people with computers. |

| ain't it forbidden to do any sort of payable job until you're like 16 or something? at least on here i think it's 18+ |

you can't be legally employed until 16 I think, and even then you need permits from school.
but there is some legal loophole wehre you can do things like cut lawns baby sit and the like for money. |

| Current child labor laws require you to be at least 14 to be hired by an employer, and you need a work permit for it. Like I said, I'll try freelancing or helping people with PC's. |

I don't live anywhere near an airport, my parents would freak out if they smelt the smallest trace of weed, and I live in the country, therefor, I can't deliver news papers.
EDIT: What about making mixes for money? |
