I'm in the DC Area for my cousin's graduation party and these huge monstrocities of flying insect just fly into anything without being aware of their surroundings whatsoever. These are the stupidest bugs I've ever seen. They pop up inside your car and you open the window, yet they don't understand the concept of flying out the window...you have to actually take them and throw them out the window yourself. Dumb...just plain old dumb...
Galapidate
They invade every 17 years...so?
Busy Child
yea they are a stupid waste.

Not to mention annoying as hell. Can you belive people eat those things? Some of the Entymology professors at UMD were cooking and eating them. uggh!

Actully these bugs are great for the eco-system. The eat all the bad insects, like fly and annoying bugs. I have no problem with them. Its every 17 years so quit your crying.

yeah, we call them locusts. and it's actually "cicada." but they're here all year round, but every 17 years you get that SWARM of them where they're everywhere. i don't mind them at all. they actually provide plenty of entertainment during the summer by our pool. there's this HUGGGGGGGE ass bee that hangs around our house that we call the locust killer. mother ****** just attacks the locusts in mid-air and then you hear a THUD on the deck. its ing awesome. we actually caught one of the bees. SCARRRRRRRRRRY mother******. i hope it's back this year. i hope we didnt kill the only one.

Busy Child
