Is there anyway I can do it without using my sequencer ( cubase sl ) as I'am not quite familar with this yet ( only had it a week and it's my first sequencer.) Also are the sounds any good? thanxs! SOLTRI easiest way is to load the file as a midi and play RiCo Like I tell everybody, just play the MIDI file in Windows Media Player (if you use Windows). It'll finish loading up the soundset when it's done playing the file. You'll see a little SE on the Virus screen when it starts and when it's done it'll show a black thingy. Well, at least that's what happens to my Virus B. Maybe the C will say Receiving Sysex or something; my Nova, XL-1 and Prophecy show a message like that. Let us know if it worked. :) hey cheggy The other way of loading in patch sets is to use sounddiver. Its easy in cubase though. Create a midi channel. set the ouput of the midi channel to whatever goes to the virus. Make sure the tempo isn't really fast (around 100BPM should do fine) and press play. That's it.
