Problem downloading MSN Messenger (error code '1601')

1. click Start, and then click run.
2. In the Open box, type msiexec /unreg and then click OK.
(DON'T FORGET THE "SPACE" between msiexec and /unreg)
3. When this process is complete, click Start, and then click Run.
4. In the Open box, type msiexec /regserver and then click OK
(DON'T FORGET THE "SPACE" between msiexec and /regserver)
now run the msn messenger setup and it'll work! |

| cannot find the file 'msiexec' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available. |

| I did what LoCa said, but when i tried to open the program I got another error telling me it was configured wrong.:conf: |
