Awesome... My questions would be:

Are you going to drop another mix album anytime soon?:)

Will you ever collab with one of your up and coming lable mates like Petter, or Nathan Fake?

LOL hes god like, have fun listening to him.:D

Another interview, Inertia... cool beans. Please ask James:

-if he will ever release an artist album of original productions in the foreseeable future?

-what inspired him to remix Britney Spears' "Breathe On Me", and whether he was influenced by Giorgio Moroder in doing so?

-is it hard for him to stay true to his original sound with the pressure to conform, and what's his story behind his Border Community philosophy of "music that doesn't fit in a category"?

the problem with downloading mp3s from soulseek (part 2): there's an mp3 doing the rounds on p2p claiming to be my remix of brintey spears. it's not, which is kind of obvious since its a cheesy bootleg botch job over a weak-ass donna summer bassline. as far as i know my versions (there are 2, dub and vocal, completely different from each other) arent out there yet. they're the thing i've done that im the most happy with, ever.. i dont know a release date yet, but when i do, i'll write.

and plus i've read that he wanted to do it because (and this is only one of the reasons) to really give prog purists something to being shocked over (or something like that)

EEEEEEK! Thanks, montana with the Alexis Bledoe avatar (?)... funny, I was feeling skeptical so I just went to his website to read his journal... okay, strike that question. :)
Inertia
yeah aspergian, i can't ask him about his britney remix because, according to him, no one has heard it (other than the people he's showed it to).

will ask him about the productions album. and the question about border community i had already thought up ;)

on the same line of questioning, i'll ask him about collabs.

wow, being my favorite dj, i dunno where to begin on questions:

1. Though you left several traits of consistency in your productions, what new innovations are you planning to progrss in track production in the future?

2. what were your primary electronic music, has your style reflected these influences?
aspergian
Another one:

-ask him what inspired to do the mad glitchy edits on "A Break In The Clouds"... ? They're one of the reasons why I like track so much.

Okay, you don't have to ask this one, Inertia, it's purely out of personal reasons, but I am wondering:

-if James ever heard my piano recording of "Horizons"?

(if you're curious, you can listen to it here)

Ooops. I stand corrected. You a big Gilmore Girls fan? You ever heard of figure skater Sasha Cohen, montana? Their voices sound kind of similar and they look like they could be cousins :)

i gotta keep the interview as short as possible, so i can't add that in. but tell ya what, if it goes well, i'll mention it to him, off the record. (i went a bit too far with satoshi, and the interview transcript ended up being about 2500 words, after being trimmed and groomed, so i gotta keep it concise now)
