I know the Brazilian all-time classic lunch:

Rice + Beans + fried egg = teh hotness

(the way we cook beans here is different though)

Lettuce with tomatoes, onions, some tunafish, olive oil, pepper.
Together with some bread (brown bread to be more healthy)

yes yes yes, i hear tuna is a nice oily fish so methinks a few tune + sweetcorn sandwiches will be devoured :)

Eat lots of salad! Salad is really good for you, and it can taste great if you have the right ingredients. For example, you can make greek salad with olives, lettuce, tomato, onion and fetta cheese (its the white goat's cheese). I love greek salad.....

Also, do you like asian food? It can be very easy to cook stir frys and they are really healthy. All you need is some meat, a little olive oil in the pan/wok and some nice fresh vegetables like capsicum, peppers, tomato, carrots or celery. You can also usually buy pre-mixed vegetables in the supermarket to just throw into the wok without having to prepare it yourself.

ya, asian grub tends to kick a lot of ass

stir frys it is!

I'm still looking for a healthy breakfast.

I never eat in the morning cause I can't find a thing to make.
