Im surprised that there has been no talk about this great release on these forums. Its coming out under RELEASE RECORDS and the cat# is REL020. Promos should already be out and I think that the full release is also very close.
On the A side we have a monster of a prog-bomb Lemon 8 Remix:
I couldn't possibly describe the beauty & perfection of this track with words but Ill give it a try anyway: U like deeep sub-bass? This track's got it! A bass so low that it would send shivers down your spine, yet light and even airy. U love good vocals? This track has the best vocals after James Holdens Nothing. Serious. The vocals are enchanting & will hunt you down even hours after listening to the track. The kinda vocals that will make your knees weak when you hear it live in the club.
This beautiful gem is currently in the boxes of harry lemon (well d'uh:D) and markus schultz. Armin will probably play it tomorrow on ASOT. And after that I predict a huge bandwagon :) This track is one for the summer for sure!
10/10 points from me.
On the B Side lies a deeper mix by Medway
This one has also its own distinct bass sound. Its like a deep slap-bass that has a little groove going on there.. Some pretty electroish synths are used through the track that make it pretty intresting. Vocals are still superb, although they are used better in the Lemon8 Remix. This is definatelly no peak hour bomb, here on the B side. I imagine it being played at the beginning of the clubnight or in the very end where vibe is the deepest.

All in all its a extremelly strong record which is a total MUST for all the prog dj's out there. I'd reccommend it to straightup trance-heads too because its easy to like this tune & it could open a whole new dimension of music for you :) |

I love the lemon8 remix. Almost made me piss myself when I was stoned and listened to it in Harrys WMC set! These vocals... :crazy:
And as I wrote in Harrys guestbook, this will be the follow-up-summertune after Origine - Sanctuary.
The Medway mix is nice too, if you prefer a more monotone side ;) |

| I've been digging this track ever since I heard Markus Schulz spin it on GDJB. I've only heard a clip of the Medway Remix on the Release Records site, and I can say that I don't like it as much as the Lemon8 Remix. I'm impressed with the quality of tracks that Release has been putting out. They released Portishead - Roads (Sultan and Tonedepth Remix) under their RR1000 sublabel, and now this track. I might have to keep an eye on their new releases as they come out. |
