Couldnt find any info about this new mixer with search. Just wondering if any of you own or could comment on this mixer.

I heard dissapointing things about its predsessor from a lot of people on the board, but im hoping numark might have addressed some of those issues in this new product.

im not overly keen on the look, but it looks tidy. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this mixer. Very reasonably priced too which kinda worries me, you can see all the details

it is a version of the dm3000 series, which is in the first place :nervous:

it looks nice and tidy, but with that price tag i wouldn't touch it with a barge pole, it will probably take 3 months to break as opposed to the usual 5-6....

It's an amazing set of features for the price. 3 channel, slit and blend cue, effects send & return. For a 100 mixer which it is seems an amazing mixer. I mean you don't really expect a 100 mixer to last much more than 1-2 years anyway.

In the old days you'd be lucky if you got eq's for that.

My DM-3000X is still going strong... well one channel's phono stage is ed but I just use the other two channels and all is good.

PS - I have had it for over 2 years now.

Whats the sound quality of the Numark DM 3000 range like? My mixer is knackered and im on a very small budget. I would seriously consider this mixer, but things that sound too good to be true, normally are.

no.

i had one.

they are dog .

if you play any kind of vigorously mixed music your faders will die in not long. the crossfader lasts even less time. so unless you are ultra careful and make only slow movements with your faders, they WILL die. on mine, the cue signal also ed up after 6 months, cutting out all the bass in the cue signal, which is kind of annoying when you play techno and sometimes you NEED the bass in your ears.

i will never in any way ever condone anyone buying a cheaper numark mixer (i dont know how the more expensicve ones fare..) as they are a waste of money.

well, i know a bunsh of peeps having this mixer, and no one has had any problems with it that i know of. i'm very unfamiliar with your problems. tho i'm not rapeing the mixer either!

could be that the crossfader gets worn out pretty quick, but since i don't use it. i don't no.

still both thumbs up!! ;)

yea... i had a dxm-06 and that worked completely fine. i liked the sound quality and everything. only thing i could really complain about were the effects.
