actually, norwgians are way more hygenic... i shower AT LEAST twice a day, and so do most of my mates, besides Benjamin who is kinda poor, and never gets to use the bathroom since he has like 8 brothers and sisters...

it depends on type and amount of soap, the amount of time you spend in the shower.. the water itself does nothing bad to your skin.. i take showers before sleep, and before breakfast... if i have worked out i take a shower, but then skip the one before going to bed.... |
