No it isn't, and I'm pretty sure it isn't illegal in your country either.
You saying you don't have any pictures of you in the nude from when you were younger? Should your parents be arrested for taking those photos and then printing them? Can we arrest the authors of a medical book for taking pictures of naked babies or toddlers? How about the doctors that buy them?
It is not illegal to take, view or publish pictures of children under the "age of consent" just because they are naked (otherwise we could arrest 95% of the parents ever to own a camera). The distribution / possession of naked children is only illegal if the pictures are explicitly sexual in nature. If posting a picture of a 17 year old's nipple gets you hot and sweaty enough to find it "explicitly sexual" you're the one with the sick, twisted mind, not us. |
