ok, got partition magic 8 and 82gb hdd. and now i have a couple questions.
1 if i want to reinstall windows, which is curently on c drive. can i remove winxp from there, with out the rest of my stuff get deleted?
and why can't i make bigger partitions then 8gb? (got 20 gb free)
looked in help file.. not much help there

firstly, with todays ultra fast hard drives (7200rp +) there's no need for partioning it too much, the drives find the sectors so quickly it makes almost no difference.
anyway...
if you have the drive seperated into say, 2 parts c: and d:, move everyhting you want to keep file wise onto d: then format c: and reinstall windows on c:, everything on d: will then be accesable again. remember you can always overwrite windows witha new installation without formating your drive if you want to. |

| u might have to upgrade your bios depending on how old your computer is to support bigger hard drives |
