tiesto preperation....need help big time

| Hey guys well i live in buffalo and my freinds and i plan on taking the trip up to the guvernment to see tiesto. This will be my first real "trance experience." (I have seen some ass sets from darude, atb, and acosta). The thing is, i dont know what preperations i should take. So i am asking you guys to give me some tips for the trip and the night. Some things i need to know are: Should i be there by 10 to beat the rush. Is there a dress code i should follow. What time u think it will go to. Should i park away from there and get a cab. Whats the cheapest, closest hotel/motel. And if i think of anything else ill edit. Thanks to anyone who takes some time and gives me some help. |

Hey Oldman1313,
I'm actually not going to be able to make the Tiësto event since I have work the next morning but here are the answers to your questions:
- Arrive early because this is going to be a HUGE event. It's better to wait 5 minutes in line and arrive into an empty club then wait 1 hour to walk into a packed venue. Just after 10:00 is a good time to arrive.
- No dress code. :toothless
- Since it's a Thursday night, my best guess is that it will go to 5 or 6 in the morning... It all depends on what time he hits the decks? Set times are not posted as of yet. (Mind you, when Ferry Corsten was here in March, he was scheduled from 12:30 - 5:30 but he ended up going until 8:30!!!) :eyespop:
- There is parking around the club and it isn't too expensive, in fact some is free. However, there have been break-ins in the free parking lots. So I suggest you pay whatever to park in a secure lot nearby. I hope you don't drive a nice car! :haha:
- It's no smoking in clubs and bars in TO now too. They may have a designated area or whatever though... As for anything else, since you're from out of town, don't risk trying to bring anything in.

| i would suggest you take a cab from the hotel- won't be too much split between a few ppl and parking will be one less thing to worry about.TA's usually come early- it's better that way for sure. it may not go until 5 or 6 tho..may only go until 4 or 5 since it's midweek. other than that, just have fun :) |
