Theres nothing wrong with being an Arts student. Take me for example, I go out most if not all weekends and still manage to maintain relatively high grades. I would definitely kill myself if I was doing engineering or anything science based! 1000000 exams, no social life and a whole heap of F's on my academic transcript!

Thanks but no thanks :p

What did the Arts graduate say to the Science graduate?

"Would you like fries with that?"

Just kiddin ;)

Electrical Engineering/Commerce @ Monash, Welcome to engineering G'Dave, dont stress too much in first year because it gets harder very quickly. Sometimes i wish i was just doing commerce cause its so freaking easy, but then i actually deceide to turn up to the lectures and i'm quickly reminded of how boring it is. Anyway my study started last night... 6 exams starting wed over 2.5 weeks. S_madis i dunno what your talking about no social life i only went out once this weekend because exams start this week but i'll go out twice or more a week otherwise, but my grades are average. :P P's get degrees!!!

hehehehe couldn't agree more! I'm however aiming to do honours and I have to maintain a C average in order to do so. However, ask most syd.ta's and they will tell you that I still manage to roam the town in off-chop antics most, if not all weekends.

Astroboy: Thats exactly why I wanna do Honours. A plain BA won't get me anywhere.

It's true! Except replace "most" with "every," and "weekends" with "evenings" :D

FKN LOL.. I've seen that myself at monash... in the engineering building.. almost crapped my pants.. (which wouldn't be so bad. as I was sitting on the toilet at the time)

But I'm not really stressing.. I've already done one today.. was fairly easy.. a definate pass short of some sort of major catastrophy.
NiNo LoCo

:sadgreen:19th - Information Classification Control

It's better to walk out of an exam thinking "oh that was bad, I'm so screwed" .. that way when you get your mark it's a pleasant surprise :D

On the other hand, walking out thinking "that was easy!" means you probably missed something :p

That's an interesting theory you've got there..
But usually I find that if I walk out of an exam feeling good.. I did good.. and I don't think I would have missed anything.
After writing 12 pages of java for one question,( :( ) I can't imagine I missed anything. :)
