Allen&Heath say: "For the very few people who had anything to complain about the Xone 62, the Xone92 was created.
With higher quality faders, separate LED displays on each channel, switchable split cue, pre / post EQ cueing."

| ok, I tried using the AUX and PRE buttons, but when turn all the eq knobs to the right, the sound obviously gets louder, but all the sound in the headphones switches to the right right cup, and the left cup is left without any sound. This is really getting annoyin. Any increase or decrease in the eqs seems to effect which headphone cup the sound plays out. |

I think you must have spit cue on which is why the eqing is only happening in 1 phone.
Also when using aux don't use the cue buttons, they override the aux.
I didn't really think it was possible to get the eqs+cueing till reading this thread, when i first got my xone64 i tried, but i must of had the cue button pressed.
I like using the pre eqs, cuz then i can bring a track in with the base and high totally cut and still beatmatch easy.
But i was just thinking the other day ... if i ever play in a club with post-eq it would mess me up. So now I can practice with post-eqing too. :gsmile: |

| I really am not a fan of this mixer at all so far. The quality of the sound that comes out of the headphones when using this mixer is really bad...maybe its the lack of eqs in cue mode, but I would consider this a major MAJOR flaw. Took it back today in exchnage for a DJM 600, and like the Pioneer a lot more. |

| Humm post-eqing still doesn't quite work ... I messed around with it some more and it seems that when not using the cue button both tracks are played in the head phones even when doing using aux. |

I was wondering if anyone has gotten it to work yet? I'm thinking of buying this piece of equipment since the Xone:92 is so damn expensive. How about the Xone:464. Does it have the same malfunctions of the Xone:62? |

| I have a 464 and I love it to death. I have to admit it took some getting used to but the more I practiced on it the more I liked it. You have to give a new mixer of this quality about two weeks before you decide if you like it or not. The only kinda wierd thing is the pre EQ cue thing. You cannot hear changes in your EQing on the headphones while in cue mode, but you can use aux to get around that. |
