according to my count, this is the... one billionth time a question like this has been asked.. yeh.. that's about right.. :p
tiesto sounds the way he does becuase he's good.. his claps and crap aren't anything special.. it's just the FX he puts on them that make them sound good..
but if you're looking for some generally good samples.. try the free section here..

I think it's not really smart to think he doesn't produce a thing, just his name on another producers tracks.
He has the ideas and needs help to get the sound he wants. Sure he can produce his tracks.
And I like his sounds!! |

having a producer just saves time i guess,and makes everything sound cleaner,as long as its the artist doing the composing then i see nothing wrong with it.
besides,not everyone can be as sexy as armin. ;) |

No, it's only a matter of time... nobody can play three times a week all over the world and release two original tracks and twenty remixes per month (and keep mentally stable). I don't mean he had nothing to do with his prods but at present he'll probably give ideas more than putting them in practise. A lot of producers do it. A friend of mine makes music for a reputated spanish dj and supposed producer, and all his music is released under the name of that dj not his. |
