nope, the rules clearly state that if a submarine is built, it still must float, but underwater.. i.e. no contact with the bottom :p:p
a submarine would be a challenge to build! |

it was a poor show .. perhaps the prospect of bringing in a boat that might sink had dampened our boat building spirits (har har!)
