Ever visited israel (club in israel)?

Im from israel and i wander if any of you TA's has ever visited israel?
i know that all you know of israel is that there is a war (wich is not correct BTW),
but did you know that the club scen in israel is great, Clubs as
"Havat Hayaen", "Zoom", "Haoman 17",
are world class clubs wich were visited with Dj's as:
Tiesto
Okie
PvD
Degweed
taucher
And many more of the world Best Dj's
so if you ever think of a vication for the siting + clubbing, take israel in mind.

| no offence but thats the last place i would want to visit,, ur country is on the news everyday.. people bombing cafes ,markets etc .. no way would i want to even think of being there.. i know it would not be bad in all areas,, but when i see like that going on well i dont really feel like flying there to holiday |

no kiddin'.......i was watchin the news about a month ago and they were reporting about a bomb going off outside an isreali night club(Zoom). i don't remember if any1 died but people were all ed up. it was weird seeing people being put in ambulances and carted around on stretchers all wearing like club gear. too freaky for me. now my buddies and i always call tisto's set from there - live at boom!!!:stongue: .......hehe...lol |

and the tiesto set from there wasnt a month ago it was a year ago!!!

and what we are fighting of?
its preaty simple they want the country i live in and we are not prepared to give out country,
i dont believe that if people will come to australia now and will say that they lived there first you will say, ok bye our country is yours...
and dont think we didnt give them anything they got enough teratories from us, but they want it all!! |

its hard to calm down..
you must understand that israel is so much more than what you see at your news...
but they want show yuo the beuatifull clubs, or the sites, they will show you only bombs and like that..
what can i say its true that we are in a fight but its not a war.
and when you say that there was an explotion @ zoom at a party i was in, its just adding more wrong opinions wich are not true
tell your freinds that:

is just making israel looks bad and there is a shred of truth in it... |

you must understand that israel is so much more than what you see at your news...
but they wont show you the beautiful clubs, or the sites, they will show you only bombs and like that..
what can i say its true that we are in a fight but its not a war.

There was no bomb even near the zoom and that set was 1.5 years ago..
And there isn't a war here, you see on tv just the bad stuff here, you don't see the good ones... in usa there are waaaayy more crime and you see 13 year old kids shooting at their class mates, does that stop you from going there???
The press doesn't show the awesome raves we have here, the awesome dj's and producers (infected mushroom, space cat, astral projection, euforia...), the awesome club scene, it just shows the bad, ugly stuff. |

Yeah, to be honest the news stations have got a habit of making situations seem worse than they really are. The major problems in Isreal, as I understand it, are more at the borders with Palestine than within the country itself.
My dad has a Jewish friend from work, and even though I don't think he's ever lived in Isreal, he has been there a few times to visit family and what-not, and from what he was saying the situation there isn't as bad as the media make it out to be. Sure it's a bit of a hot-spot in terms of warfare, but you'd be no more in danger of being blown up by a Palestinian bomb there, than you would be of being blown up by an IRA bomb if you went to London.

the media loves to show the worst and make a lion out of a mouse
you have to know that most of israel is safe. |
