Dude, using "sick" and "disgusting" for their opposite meanings are not Gino terms.

Sorry dude, but I didn't realize you had your degree in Gino studies.
Just cause you don't use those terms and a few Gino's might, doesn't make them Gino terms. Those terms are universally used by all types of people, from all across North America.
But I bet you probably polled a couple of thousand people in the city and asked for yourself if they use those terms? Did you make sure to get a good cross-section of the cities demographics? Also, how could you tell if the person was actually a Gino? I mean, they could have been Greek, right? Did you use your own judgement? Or did you have them fill out a questionnaire? Can you publish your findings for us?
