| i'm opening for Above & Beyond :) and i just got the phone call last night from the man himself that it is official. I have so many people ready to go to this and a few flying out just for this event. I know everyone is going to be there... who would miss Above & Beyond after that essential mix... |

I actually figured A&B was playing that night as of last week, but was confirmed just earlier to me by the newsletter or whatever TCH sent out...about the essential mix. Which I think was sent out about two days late since the essential mix was Sunday night! :p

Ya know, this is kinda funny. I was just telling Leon earlier today how some I sometimes frustrate promoters when I figure out gigs and stuff... :)
I'm just a fan damnit. I figure out a date or find out a date and my fanboyism comes out.
If I'm told a date in confidence, though, I keep my mouth shut. I work in the media...I know how to keep my mouth shut when need be. :p |

Actually, I can't which is driving me nuts. I go to LA every other weekend as my GF is down there (or she comes up here sometimes) and I will be there the prior weekend as it's July 4th weekend. If I could afford going the extra weekend around then, I would, but it doesn't look like I can.
I will sometimes go two weekends in a row to work around conflicts, but I think $$$ will prevent it right then.
It will be an AWESOME weekend in LA, though.
July 9th will have Above & Beyond @ Arena and then on July 10th Carl Cox will be right across the walkway at Circus....droooooooooollll |

This is great news for us LATAs.... I'm dying to see Lange.. I've always wanted to see a eurodance-trance fusion such as IvD & Lasgo.. so I know they won't dissapoint. Above & Beyond sounds sexy, and I never thought I'd see the words Mark Norman playing locally. These are truly events not to be missed and will be reckoned with!
