they were ing lucky in the semi-final
(did you know that The Netherlands did not lose any game in Euro 2000? They won all 3 matches in the poule (Denmark, Chechy (spelling?) and France), they won with 6-1 from Joegoslavia and played 0-0 against Italy, but lost after penalties) |

bollocks.
We had a man sent off early in the game against holland so we had little option but to play a defensive game, because zambrotta provides all the width for the italian team. It's not our fault that your team are e at hitting penalties.
besides if anyone was lucky, it was france for getting a penalty 2 minutes before the end of extra time. |

Italy always plays a defensive game. And when a team misses 2 penalties and hits the post 2 times I call that lucky.
And The Netherlands overclassed the Italian team by a mile |
