| this might be one of the stupider questions i've asked before... but i was convinced that Avalon was the Mayan... i met tiesto last year at the mayan, and this year the club looked exactly the same. am i wrong? or does avalon/giant just rent out a few nights there or something |

Avalon and The Mayan are not the same place. Not even near each other.
The Mayan is right against downtown LA a few blocks from the LA convention center.
This is not a Giant event. It's a Liquified event.
Liquified rents out Avalon sometimes, though. |

| They both do look alike, but at the sametime they don't. They both have bleatchers and the layouts are similar. That's probably why you got confused. Personally, I like the Mayan way better. |

| I am sad to say that after the James Zabiela gig, I will not be able to go clubbing anymore. :( I atleast will be able to make it to see Sasha. No Diggers tho. I am going to go cry in my pillow. :( |
