Nope i have always had muscles twitching on and off in places for about 5 yewars now, nothing to be worried about. My twitching hotspots:
Knee (even tho it hasnt for about 3 years now)
Shoulder
Eye

It feels weird yeah but itll stop after about a month or so, dont worry.

Yeah, probably go see a doc or a physio.

You may have pinched a nerve - bad karma.

Don't take risks with problems with your back or neck, they can easily compound.

Someone once told me that muscle twitching was the muscle itself dying. He said that too much caffine killed muscled and that they twitched when they were turning into fat. He was a work out freak so I took his word for it but whatevers.....don't know if it's true or not.
BTG
heh, it might be, cause i drink a lot of coffee ;(

it's just muscle spasms from stressed muscles or maybe lack of sleep. you probably have a few subluxations as well. go see a chiropractor, you'll be surprised.

BTG
how can i be surprised when i dont even know what these words mean?
Slylee
you probably have bones out of alignment in your back causing muscle spasms. getting them adjusted will get them back in alignment. it's not something that works like a miracle...you might have to go for a few visits. you can get therapy too at a chiro...they hook up these little heating things that run electricity to your muscles and sort of "buzz" them and loosen them up so you can get the most out of your adjustment.
