this place i have an interview with tomorrow wants me to bring two refrences.
i dont have refrences, cause i've done a lot of temp agencies, and so i jump around from job to job with those things. bosses dont' remember you if you worked for 2 weeks.
i'm screwed? |

Put the agency as a reference. They know that you're punctual, a hard worker etc... otherwise they wouldn't be giving you work.
Unless you're that is, in which case put your best mates dad; who was your boss when you were running the overseas operations of his company. |

| go with using the TEMP agnecy as a refrence and then just use some of your friends...that is all you got, and make sure they have jobs |

make them up
have a friend be the "boss" at the agency
its best if they live in another city. so you can say you worked at that business in that city. and make sure your friends have caller ID so they can answer the phone professionally and be prepared to bull about you if they are called by the place your trying to get hired at |

| Say you've been working by yourself for awhile...doing landscaping or some . Then just act really eager to work and do a good job and hope they hire you based on just that. |
