This is the oddest thing that has ever happened to me. I'm using Reaktor and I export the synth all sequenced as a wav and it sounds fine. Then I play the synth next to the rest of this song. Export that as a wav and sounds fine. Export it as a 128kbs MP3 and it turns to crap, just the Reakotr Synth Sound tho. So I've been running test for a few hours trying to narrow down what is happening. Basicaly This synth at 128Kbs on its own with no other sounds playing sounds fine, but now throw in the rest of the sounds and the synth sounds like its about 96Kbs. :conf: :conf: :conf: Anyone else confused? Okay so I after a day accept my loss and and rewrite the synth part with a completly diffrent soft synth. and OMG!!! It happens again, same circumstances, totaly diffrent sounding synth.:conf: :conf: :conf: I'm going insane. Please help me.

Could have something to do with the way that Reaktor is encoding the audio.
Does it screw up when you encode at 192 isntead of 128? |

| that happens to me when I forget to convert a 24bit wav file to a 16bit before encoding it to mp3. Maybe the reaktor track is 24bit while the others aren't? |

I'm going to see right now... As for the bitrate the Reaktor is mixed down to a 16 bit wav everytime... Also I found a somewhat temporary fix for the problem, at 128kbs mono it kind of helps. like fixes it. but i still cant figure out whats goin on.:conf: |
