The Scumfrog presents yet another track for free download.
The summer anthem "Life Of Illusion", the fourth free Scumfrog download, is now exclusively available on www.TheScumfrog.com, celebrating the website's completely new design, which features a jukebox, an updated discography, extensive bio, and lots of downloadable music.
The Scumfrog's website has become a "must visit" for Dance Music fans on the hunt for free tracks and songs. The last download -- his CROBAR remix of Missy Elliott's "Pass That Dutch", in collaboration with Elektra Records -- was downloaded over 25,000 times, and "Life Of Illusion" is set to break that record this summer.
The free download aims to generate heavy traffic to the domain and focus attention on other Scumfrog products such as his new single "Simmer", his upcoming artist album (September), and his recent collaboration with Amiel, MURK, and Britney Spears.
On September 1st, The Scumfrog will open his web-store, a special section on the site, where Scumfrog records will be for sale, alongside merchandise and other frog related items.

what they don't tell you though...
"What would the launch of a new website be without a new free Scumfrog track?! Webmaster Sumo and I decided to hide this new free download as an "easter egg" somewhere on the site, just so you all start clicking away everywhere. Please do so, because the track is sunny and BANGIN'!"
and the site is slow to navigate and not very well designed. :rolleyes:
i mean seriously, if you wanna hype up your FREE track, at least make it simple... people like me don't wanna spend the time dickin around on a poorly designed Flash site. |
