It truly amazes me to hear people talk trash about Space. To me Space is the pinnacle of nightclubing experiences IMHO. PVD @ Space during WMC was the best party I have been to in 11 years of being in the scene.
Living in Atlanta...we would KILL to have such a World class club such as Space bringing the "heavy hitters" on WEEKENDS...instead of our parties with PVD on a freakin Wednesday or Sasha on a Tuesday.

I agree 100%.
I dont care about all the politics of Space's mgmt etc...
Nothing will ever change the fact that I have had some of the best nights of my life at that club.
Nights that I will never forget til the day I die.. nights that I get chills right now even *thinking* about the experience-
And really, thats what Ill remember in the end...

I agree 100% People bitch and moan when they have no clue how good they have it. It is worth the drive for me. Still waiting for Tampa to bring Tiesto or Ferry here. It's been since 1999 since we last had PvD. People in Miami are in' blessed and don't even realize it. Some of you might hate that club, but at least they bring you quality artists year round. Show some appreciation. I got to see Ferry Corsten for FREE last month at Space. Why in the hell would I bitch about that? |

great post, im getting a little sick of the space bashing too, behind tiesto space is the number one thing bashed in the flta forum, funny thing is when your on top like both of them, people hate, it will always be that way. but i agree with what rach, trancebrat have said as well. ive had some of the best nites of my life in that club, hell, majik muzik nite was the best nite of my life, thus far. the ambience, energy, lighting, and sound of space is what every club should strive for. IT IS the quintessential club experience. personally i would be quite distraught if they shut the place down. there is no where else in miami better to see an internationl superstar dj than space, NOWHERE. no offense to damon and others, but you guys need to get over that markus aint there anymore, i'm mad too, he made the nite alot of times, but hey times change. and i really think the staff overall at space is very nice and well run. but i will agree they do let to many people up in that bitch, but after talkin to my brother ryan it aint nothing compared to the crowds he has encountered in montreal and his trip to nyc this weekend, he said majik muzik nites crowd was a picnic compared to what he just experienced, so a good point to think about, alot of you guys dont club outside of miami and dont realize how good you have it. enjoy it while you can, because it may not be around tomorrow. |

I would be crushed if they shut down or quit bringing us the big names. Going to see them at other clubs around here does not even begin to compare to Space...not even close.

werd.... i wouldnt see tiesto or any big time trance dj anywhere else.......
thats why i hate when armin plays mansion that sound system is horrid. though we all know we prolly wont ever see armin spin at space :( |
