If he sucked that much, then I guess you won't get any 'yes' answers here.

| Of course I've heard of him, but then I am British :) The style he produces and spins doesn't really appeal to me but I did used to listen to 'You Should Be (Dancing)' - you know, the one with the Bee Gees sample. Oh and Grooveline too |

| he is a veteran of dance music. He used to be superb. Americans wont have heard of him becasue when he was big dance music was negligible in the states |

poor 15 yr old noob
peasy and blocko, two of the biggest party deejays of all time, cept they are more known for their drug consumption and alcoholism. Tho peasy seems to be mellowing a bit in his old age. Blocko is a legend in the UK deejay circles and probably will always be. They come from a time where deejays were more known for their drug habit then dj skills. |

Hello? I think you better wake your senses up. This guy is well known for spinning and producing excellent progressive house music for MOS and spins in famous clubs all over europe like FUBAR at the Milk Bar in Soho(London), Club For Life in London, Clockwork Orange and Kartouche (Ipwich). He has his international tour all over the world including places in the east (Hong Kong), Dubai(UAE) and West (Plymouth, Las Vegas, USA)
He did collaborations with Paul Newman aka (Tall Paul), Gee Moore (DJ Gee), Tom Stephan (Superchumbo)
and most importantly he is well known for his "Peez and Blocko" Style that is reconized by Andy mOrris (Narcotic Thrust), DJ Ufuk, Julian & Andy (Gee Motion)
So think again. He doesn't suck mr. |

A legend, really? Damn, I guess I'm pretty much of a noob too. I didn't know much about the whole scene way back then (growing up in a third world country and all), and from what I've read in the post so far, it does sound that he was a pretty decent DJ, but from what I heard/saw of him at the show a coupla nights ago, he ain't legendary no more. At least that my initial take on it. Thanks for all the responses though, guys. |
