Though, I have to note that Germany played a very dirty game, pulling shirts, using their hands to play the ball, all the regular German stuff! :rolleyes: Well, it, for some reason they always win tournaments with this kind of game :whip: :whip: :whip:
BTW, I am not saying that showed any good football either, we have to be very happy with a draw! |

oh man :(
my (very optimistic I know ;) tip before the game was 4-0 for Holland ... but only against a dull german team we saw in the last (preparation) matches, and only if the oranjes had scored very early...
but nooo, again I underestimated the '2 Kampf' power, willingness to fight and work at 110% :nervous:
what's typical however: the 0-1 came from a freekick ('Standartsituation' !), after the nl-defendants had been warned 3 times in a row by similar freekicks ... oh, what a ty goal :(
only playing indirect and long passes was not enough too outplay the solid german defence...
I deeply missed fast combinations, like the most easy and effevtive 'double-passes' on the sides...
All the socalled EM 'favorites' should have a look at the danish playstyle (or swedish)...
