really good match to watch ....the first part of the game was kinda dominated by the bulgarian but after the first goal they just seemed to collapse slowly ...good victory for u guyz:)

I think the 5-0 scoreline flattered Sweden, although there's no doubt they deserved the win.

Sweden always looked strong going forward but you have to ask questions about the Swedish defence. It's hard to believe Bulgaria didn't get a goal, throughout the game they were getting behind the Swedish back four with ease. If Sweden can attack like that they can score goals against Italy but they can not afford to defend as they did against players like Vieri, Totti, Del Piero, Cassano etc.

Italy v Sweden looks like a tasty fixture now, although my money is on Italy to bounce back and steal a victory.

the reason they got behind our backline so much in the first half was because lucic was injured (trouble with a muscle in his chest)

but it's true, our weakest point is the backline, but on the other hand I must say that so far I think sweden has the best offensive so far in the whole tournament :)

I couldn't help think of the comments bobby robson made about henrik larsson as he was scoring those two wonderful goals

About how larsson wasn't good enough to play in the premiership and how nobody really wanted him.

Well bobby for someone who's supposed to know so much about the game, I really don't think you could have been more wrong. henrik has proven himself at every level time and again and will continue to do so whatever club he goes to.

I think robson let himself down by showing such a lack of respect to such a great professional.

Actually I can only remember one or two occations when the defending got sloppy. I think they worked well as a unit and individually. The one who really impressed me was Edman, stable at the back and did great going forward.
Defence has always been our strongest point. The whole team is built around the defence, I don't worry one bit about that right now since I think that the individual players are good enough. Only questionmark beeing the right back.
Dont let the scoreline fool you, Bulgaria were very dangerous going forward with their pace and skill and got me nervous as a couple of times. But still this is the best Ive seen Sweden play since WC 94.

The one player I was disapointed at was Anders Svensson. You cant live on reputation forever, be a good boy and let Källström have your place =)

About Henrik Im sure he would be a success at Barcelona. I think hes one of the most underestimated players in the game eventhough he always plays his best when it counts.

I know about Sweden's defence that's why I was surprised Bulgaria were using the flanks well. Sweden do look very strong up front with Ibrahimovic and Larsson.

The Sweden/Italy game looks very appealing I just hope they don't both sit back and play nervous football.

And Larson stills without team...

When did Bobby say Larsson wasnt good enough for the Premiership and nobody was interested in him? Last I heard Bobby was trying to sign him! Bobby said the deal fell through and said that he knew where Larsson was going instead, but Larsson insisted he hasn't done a deal with anyone yet. Never heard of any of this stuff though.

This is what Robson said in January:
"Celtic are in Europe like we are - we could meet them in the UEFA Cup - so we can forget about Larsson until the summer. But he's a player we'll consider setting our sights on when we finally know he is moving on from Celtic and is on the open market".

Im not getting any ideas about Gold just yet as some Swedish journalists seem too. Anyhow when it comes to a crucial game such as one against Italy in the EC groupstage, I for one wouldnt care if we played 9-0-1 as long as we won. This result we got today was magnificent, but we are not Brazil. At the end of the day its the result that counts as England - France proved.
