If you like rock - tune in, this is classic stuff.
Even if you don't like rock - turn this on and look at the side of the crowd!
I have no idea how many people that looks like -- but it looks massive... Silly quanities.
=============
6/13/2004 9:00 PM MMMPresents - AC/DC Live at Donnington
On August 17, 1991, AC/DC hit the stage at England's famed Monsters Of Rock festival at Castle Donington. Barreling through hard rock classics spanning their entire career this special shows why AC/DC remains one of the few icons of rock who's live prowess remains undiminished. When they hit the stage at Donington, the Aussie rockers were touring behind The Razor's Edge, an album that yielded two hit singles: "Money Talks" and "Thunderstruck". AC/DC were clearly energized by their return to touring and it shows in this performance. This is one of the great live concert videos of all time showing one of rock's greatest formidable powers. |

My work rumbled literally when Ac/Dc when on at Downsview Park.....I work 1.5km away. 500,000 nutards and Cuzo was working. BOO!
I think AC/DC is the original "garage" rock band that still rocks, no frills jus simple four/four rock and roll.
The whole trend of garagish bands should knee to the Young brothers (Malcolm and Angus) like White Stripes, Vines, Strokes etc.
Favourites are.....the classic High Voltage album. Bonn is King!
There's always the odvious like Highway to Hell, Back in Black, Razor's Edge but somethin' about drinking to old Ac/DC beltin' OI! OI! OI! that gives me memories of rockin out. |
