I think we were/are all pretty impressed by this.
But....
The technology works on the basis that it takes an image of whats directly behind it and projects it to the front.
Quote from the bbc site... "Professor Tachi's cloak works by projecting an image onto itself of what is behind the wearer. "
So....
See if anyone else notices anything strange about one of their other promotional videos on their site.

the cloack is projected upon. and here I thought it was a truly invisible cloack. Here I was planning to chat on my exam already but I think they'll notice my giant projector...um...unless...i mount it onto to a ceiling prior. um...damn...ing exams.
