idiot. cars have an optimal speed where they get the most fuel efficiency. between 40-60 mph (65 to 100 km/h).

Sheesh...
Even when I was commuting daily from Barrie<-->Toronto I wasn't spending that much!!
(If you must know how much, I saved all my gas receipts for a year and calculated roughly $250/mnth; that's including all the extracurricular trips to Toronto).
And I'm driving a 6 cylinder... :eyes:

It wasn't NEARLY as bad with my Civic - i was spending $200-250 tops. I don't understand how this car can possibly eat this much gas. If it was the 270hp Evo, i wouldn't be surprised, but it's an ES! |
