summer courses...TRANCE IN HERE!!!!

| Ok no trance in here but does anyone know any colleges/schools still accepting for july-august courses (ie. 2nd summer semester)... Ideally music and production related...I'm in a hurry does anyone know offhand? |

As I'm typing this, I'm working in a ProControl-24 ProTools lab at Trebas, whre I'm taking the Audio Engineering program... lasts 9-10 months about.

great program...great labs... great studio labs..... etc.... and there's a music production program too.
tuition's about $15000... well worth it considering the studios and gear you get to use. Any other questions... call em up... or you could PM me too. Ithink there's July classes starting or already going... but they'll letcha in if there's space. |

I may see you there. Although I'm done July 6th, I'll be returning to borrow some time in the labs to finish the 4 TA DJ sets i need to mix and master.

this looks awesome but 15g is a little too steep. im just looking for a summer class kinda thing. thank you though :) anyone ahve any other ideas?? |

Centennial College offers some courses which might interest you.
Audio Mastering
Intro to Audio Recording for Music
Advanced Audio Recording for Music

I did not take them but a friend did. and I assume it's good because I was impressed after hearing some of his D'n'B tracks. mastered very well! He only started producing a year ago after I hooked him up with some programs. |

i know the international academy of design also has a program for music and sound production.. i have a friend thats almost finished the course there.. its a 2 year program non stop i think.. you might be intersted :)
im not too sure about the cost or application deadline.. but i can find out for you |

actually... you'd have to talk to someone there to confirm it, but I'm pretty sure you can take particular courses thet offer and only pay for the hours that you're in class learning. they don't offer part-time learning per-say though. |
