Yeah, while this thread is going, does anyone have any copies of Logic Platinum they could give me. They don't make that for pc any more either :rolleyes:
Seriously though, do you want the full copy or just for one synth. If its just for 1 synth, the synth manufacturer may have a copy of it for that synth only. I know Access supplies Sounddiver for the virus, but it doesn't have other synths on it. |

Sounddiver was a program created by eMagic for controlling hardware, but many hardware manufacturers released one-off OEM versions just for their synth.

| cheers cheggy, It appears I still need sounddiver itself though..anyone? just so as I dont get crap, is it still available to buy for my pc ~(cubase) ? if not how the hell do i get it without getting a copy of someone? would e-magic be at all arsed about someone giving me a copy..? |

I reckon you'd have more luck with Novation than with Apple. I don't think apple could give a rats ass about a PC user.
As for what Sounddiver is, it's not really designed to control synths but rather designed as a library for hardware synths. Hard synths have a limited amount of space to store patches. Sounddiver lets you store the patches on your computer hard drive and reload them back onto your synth as you need them |
