does it load for a second then show that message, or is it instant? What about when you hit refresh?
Do you use HOSTS files?

C:\WINDOWS\NOTEPAD.EXE C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\etc\HOSTS
Windows ME/98
Target: "C:\Program Files\Accessories\WORDPAD.EXE" C:\WINDOWS\HOSTS
Is paypal.com listed in there? Try deleting that line and then reseting. |
