He installed a Key Logger and Internet Tracker spyware on my work computer.

How do I know? Well- When I booted this morning a message popped up saying thanks for trying the shareware version of STARR-
Im like wtf-

So I found where it was installed (at least he tried to be sly and hide it about 10 deep in folders) and disabled it. :tongue2

I mean seriously. I feel violated.

Websense is a beating enough to have to deal with but this jankyass little app just puts it over the top.

Time to look for another job. jesus.

You work for the company, they have the right to do that, it is not illegal. You are surfing the net on their time without doing WORK STUFF, then they should have a right to stop that and make sure your productivity in doing well. So many people don't realize, what you do on your own time at home, is your own business, what you do on company time is their business.

Oh I realize it-
I just think it's funny- He is not very computer savy as it is and he tries this crap.

Im like a Network Admin/Desktop Support and he's a paper pusher.

Actually according to our policy I think it is illegal for him to install it on my computer- well- not illegal but against the rules.

I work in a top secret environment and i dont think the higher ups would be too pleased. Maybe I can get him fired and take his job.

Keyloggers and Top Secret dont go hand in hand. lol

This is an old CIA trick.

What we do is install a real keylogger, then a trial one in an easy to find place. Once you disable that one, you feel safe, but still violated. So you tell everyone everything.

We got you :wtf:

You're Fired!

The only reason I can think of that someone would want to install a keylogger would be to grab passwords. What kind of sick freak is this? If you want to prevent people from surfing the internet, then firewall port 80. Sheesh, give people their privacy.
{b.s.e.}
you're all fired. especially you.
UWM
Don't forget hand gestures when firing.
