suppose somone wants to sell me a good car for $800, would you? i dont think i would because its not even the kinda car i want...even though its a really safe car.
Slylee
why would you buy something you don't like that could possibly be stolen? you can scratch the "safe" part off if it's true...

it's not a joke to buy stolen cars...i mean i know you're not joking, but you are obviously taking it lightly. it's a serious crime to buy a stolen car, and even if you didn't know, you will get in a lot of trouble, or at least get hounded by cops for a long time.

lots of trouble, they can arrest you. They take the car no questions asked. Lots of hassle, its not worth it.

call the VIN number into the cops first.

if its not stolen, buy it, then sell it for $1400. Theres a quick $600 for you.

I don't think I'd even want a car with a reconstructed title.

i'm not actually going to buy it, but the reason has little to do with the law and a lot to do with my 1968 el camino

Good luck in whatever you decide to do, but my advice is:

Don't buy it.

If it's not the car you want, don't settle.

PLUS, if you buy a stolen car... along with the police hassle... when they eventually find you and it, they will reposess the car, and you wil LOSE your money, with not much of a chance to be reimbursed for the money you paid for it.

NO MONEY, NO NEXT CAR.

Good luck.
