| i got caught on camera trying to outrun a yellow light, and the court lit me up for $400. Those bastards, it was freakin 3 A.M. with no cars or people around in a deserted area. I'm buying one of those deflector license plate covers soon. |

I got a $50 ticket for not buckling up with the lower seatbelt. I have an automatic seatbelt system.
Originally, I was stopped for going 71 mph in 55 on I-4. Cop seemed lenient and gave me a ticket only for seatbelt violation. So no points. |

extreme dui: $2500, 30 days jail, 90 day license suspension, automatic 8 points on driving record....

I got a seatbelt ticket here 2 years ago and it was $10 :p
Maybe it's gone up since then but $100 is crazy. |

My dad just got a seatbelt ticket. $160.
I've received numerous tickets, and unfortunately sometimes I forget to pay them. I was once arrested for traffic warrants totalling $1200.
It sucked, but was funny at the same time.
I've received over a total of at least 15-20 tickets over the years, and had 4 wrecks. (something like that) I've never had an insurance rate increase. *knock on wood* |

Got reminded to slow her up a bit once going into Vancouver, only supposed to got 200 knots w/in 10 miles...but we were still doing 240...but I don't think they really cared too much...
...that's the closest I've been to a speeding ticket...in the air.
Never in a car...cuz I don't speed...not worth it. Only had a couple check stops by the local guys that are bored and want to talk fishing or something :) |

For the same reason I don't wear a gas mask when I go to the grocery store. It's superfluous and cowardly. |
