I need a program that will allow me to increase the broadcast radius of a WAP54G using whatever tools necessary. I suppose that out of the box it is only at like 20% of possible amplification of signal, and I have heard there are tools that will allow you to crank it up to 80%. I have seen hacks for the WRT wireless router, but they do not work on the WAP54G. Any possible help available would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance if applicable.
*edit, Firmware OR linux kernel or WHATEVER any input would make me happier. |
