| Hey, did anyone hear that next year U.S. Postal is not going to be sponsoring the American Team? Discovery Channel has picked em up for next year? |

| Yeah Lance promised them another year or two before they'd sign on. Then I guess he'll just stay home and make love to Cheryl Crow. It's really a shame he doesn't do other races besides the tour. I think that will hold him back from being an all-time overall great like a Merckx. It the new sponsor kind of sucks because OLN is a competitor to the Discovery networks, so it may make it more difficult for them to get the rights to broadcast races, and as of now the Discovery networks have no plans to air races. And just as OLN started devoting more time to cycling. |
