Hi please listen and review my track. Ferry Corsten style melodic trance..

Cameron & Keith - Cleared For Takeoff

Was co-written with Cameron O'shae.

Bear in mind it's not the finished version. Things I still have to do are:

- More FX (only basic noise sweeps so far).
- A few more percussive layers.
- Some tidying up of reverb and delay.

I was lucky enough to have this played at Tantra and then later on at ARQ (A Night Of Trance). Sounded great to me. And I was really happy with how I mixed the bass.

Anyways enjoy

Solid track all the way!

The only thing is that the track sounded "too clean" if you understand what I mean, it lacked some wideness/fullness, but since you said that there are some things not added yet Im interested in listening to the finished track.

Melodies are lovely, like this style very much.

The beat is good, but when the song climaxes Im missing some punch in the beat, more speed/drive. Perhaps your perc's will do this.

I didnt care so much for the vocals, that "Cleared for takeoff" sounds in lack of a better word, silly. The entire track sounds really pro and well executed but the vocals didnt do it for me.

the conclusion is that this probably will be an excellent track when every detail is in place and looking forward to listening to it.

pretyy kewl :D , very technoish in the beginning hehe
i love the fx thing, the one that above and beyond and ronski speed always use ;)

the melody with the pads is awsome just the main melody that runs through the whole song, looped one, during the first main melody it should definatly change, need to make more variation
over all pretty good track :D i like the voice

peace out
