Chicago: casual/grunge?

Which Chicago clubs or club trance nights are casual/informal about shoes, clothes, hair, etc. and which aren't? I love to dance, but I don't love dressing up, or being judged by bouncers by the clothes I wear. Any comments?

| if never had any problems with going out but i know some people have had trouble at sound bar with shoes. to be on the safe side you could bring like an extra shirt or shoes and leave them in your car in case you get yelled at. |

I read the thread on Vision and what it was like. It sounds perfect, I think the atmosphere there sounds great. That answered my question.
