ASIO problems with FL Studio.

I've been using ASIO with FL for months, but suddenly overnight, for no reason, it has stopped working. I didn't change any of the settings but I get this error message: Couldn't create the ASIO driver.
I've tried resetting the settings within FL and I've also tried uninstalling then reinstalling the audio card drivers.
Any help appreciated. |

| some other audio program may be using your ASIO drivers |

| try switching the duplex fromo half or full or vice versa. also run your asio config through fruity loops if theres still a problem you might try contacting your soundcard manfuacture and see if theres any firmware updates. but honestly it sounds like somethings just using it or the duplex is switched and maybe your card cant support it or somesort |

Thanks for your help but I'm not sure exactly on a few things.

Silly question, but does Windows Media Player still work?
And do you really want to work at 48000 Hz?
Sorry I dont know your soundcard and I dont use FL that much.
If WMP works you can rule out the soundcard as faulty!
Try changing the sample rate to 44100 Hz.
The only other thing I could suggest is to reinstall FL |
