Out now on 'A State Of Trance Limited'(ASOTL001):
- Time To Say Goodbye (Bobina Remix)
- Time To Say Goodbye (Ozgur Can Remix)
- Time To Say Goodbye (Arksun Filmscape Remix)
Bobina remix is the most uplifting of the three, in my opinion sounds very similar to the remix featured on the "Classical Trancelations" Album, only with the Time To Say Goodbye melody over the top. 6/10.
Ozgur Can's remix is quite different, a breaks mix of the original trancer. While it sounds quite nice once all the elements of the song have been added, for a 9 minute long song there is not a lot of variation. 7/10.
Arksun put a 'chilled' variation on the original, and in my opinion is the best of the three remixes. Of course you would never hear this in a club but this is a great mix just to sit back and relax to, such a summer song. Very nice. 8/10.

Anyways, my fav mix by far is the Arksun remix (always remember Arksun from Astrodancer (Starecase remix)). His remix is soo chilled, beautiful and emotional.
Bobina remix is horrible, i can't stand it! It isn't anything when compared to the remix of Air Traffic. Even if i'm not a fan of Air Traffic either, Bobina's remix is much better than original but the remix on this track is a disgrace IMO.
Ozgur Can's remix is far from his best, too monotous breaks effort for the length IMO. Could have been better if there would have been a bit more "something" in the mix. It's still an ok mix and worth playing if you like more of a proggy breaks. |

| I really like the Ozgur Can remix. Cool break beats and doesn't sound like your average trance track. Arksun's remix is always very nice and chilled. |

Bobina - best remix of this track! 9/10
Ozgur's mix - a bit boring! 6/10

Anyway Bobina remix - the best imo
I cant say that its very close to their Jan Vayne remix.
Yes the main lead sounds similar...but in fact 95% of trance melodies made with supersaw lead :D & we cant say that all trance is very similar..& thats why i'm happy that bobina guys try to make something unusual. I think that its not a problem for them to play that melody with typical supersaw lead! I like their guitarish lead, their "clear" sound & very nice basslines :eyes:
Original mix - cool! similar to Touched by the Sun. In fact it has only different melody. But i like Envio's sound!
Ozgur Can remix - nice breaks! but its booooooring. Not the best his work for sure!
Passiva remix - not my style at all! Standart trance & the melody sounds poor & the production - isnt cool at all IMO :( |
