I drove by this place today, and it seemed like an alright apartment complex.

i think it probably is 350 per room.
but still 700 in total. that's pretty good.
i would only worry about the sq footage. a bachelor apartment in an apartment building is 600-650 sq ft. I can't imagine two rooms and an actual apartment in 700 sq ft. |

| 350 for an 2 bdroom apartment doesn't seem right- no matter where it is! i agree that it sounds like it's per room- which is still not too shabby |

| I agree about the quoted size. My place is a one bedroom and its about the same size. I can't imagine where I would stick another bedroom without losing my living room. |

| $350 is still pretty low for a room, although it is probably just the living room with some curtains across it to make it into a room. |
