Review: Sander K @ Nation

Last night was definitely fun, but it was also missing something. I thought Kazell threw down a sick set. It was a perfect warmup, except that it was a warmup to nothing. Janette and I got the club around 11:30 and somehow were able to get a parking space right in front of nation :D. Got inside and met up with some Glow heads; Sergio, Oscar, Frank, Jose, Beema, Johnathan, Amanda, and Mario. I think that was everyone. What a great turnout from the boards. Later on I remember meeting Cryo, and Bzy as well. All you guys made that party! Nothing against Sander, but I thought his set was just kinda boring. Maybe its just me, I've realized that I don't like listening to prog all night long. I still love it, but in a club atmosphere, 2-3 hours of prog is enough, then I need to hear some bangin' trance anthems, or at least something harder. I certainly have to give last night a 7/10 though, mostly because of all the great people who came out. Hopefully I'll see all you guys next week at Tiesto, or at Armin the following week. Only track I could ID from last night was Blackwatch & Greed feat Lesley - Gentle Rain. Not sure which remix it was, although I think it may have been the breaks remix. What the hell was up with Nations AC last night??? :conf: That place was like a sauna from the moment they opened up the main room!?!?!? The drive home wasn't too bad, breakfast afterward surely hit the spot. C everyone @ Tiesto next week!

i'm not a big fan of prog, but kazell and sanderK kept me on my feet all night long. it was a great night, the vibe was amazing, it was so great to party with the glow family again, and i think thats what really made my night, getting to see a bunch of my friends and dance with you all...this was the best party i been to since glow closed down i think....nothing compares to the DC vibe!
after hanging out with all of you last night, now i really can't wait until opening night at glow...that is going to be one hell of a party!

| Sorry for my late review I was so out of it.I got there at alitte before 12 and I caught Kazell I think it was just laying down some really good tunes,can't recall what it was but yes I really enjoyed it. It was my second time seeing him and. Sander K is so worth your money. Banging Progressive Houst to the fullest.Too bad I didn't meet anyone. Peaceout |

In my humble opinion, last Friday was one of the best times I had at Cubik...ever! I'd never had the chance to hear Kazell till this night...Kazell got the night off to a great start! As for Sander K...he rocked! It was great hearing Sander K spin for more than 3 hours! As much as I loved this set at Ultra, Sander K's was even better! I loved hearing a fair amount of tribal house! It was great having Sander K come back for an encore!
Last but not least...it was a blast hanging out with so many of the Glow crew! As always, it was great seeing...
