Whatever you do, don't buy sennheiser phones, i've had like 6 hd-280 pros with broken headband, and after 6. time I took them to the store, they had to stop selling those :P, and this was all in a 6month period. Now I have sennheiser hd-590 phones, but the left element is broken just after a week, so I think i'm gonna go AKG this time :)
btw. good phones for portables are KOSS the plug, good bass, decend sound quality. |

Just buy Koss - Porta pro, High quality sound, deep bass, light, they don't itch your ears, like neckband, maybe that's just me, I have so small head and small ears :(
Mine broke a week ago, so I'm sending them in. Lifetime warranty is kewl |

i dont get it.. everybody's sennheiser headfones break except mine, mine take so much hammer too! i have HD280 pro, and i have seen many posts about cracked headbands etc etc, i think they must send all the good ones to the UK :p |
